Why this database exists
Millions of American homes sit inside community associations, and the public record of those associations is scattered across state regulators — a licensing roster here, a management-certificate repository there, each behind its own lookup form that answers one query at a time. HOA Census assembles the official rosters of Florida, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and Virginia into a single verified dataset: one page per association, one page per county, and statistics you can cite.
The database is rebuilt from primary sources on a fixed cadence, and every figure on the site carries its as-of date. Read the methodology for sources, verification steps, and known limitations — or start from the Florida statistics report.
